A Personal Learning and Career Plan outlines coursework and activities to accomplish career goals.  Family engagement is essential in the PLCP process.  

North Pole High School Counselors are using Zoom for PLCP Meetings.  Contact your assigned NPHS Counselor and request the Zoom Meeting link, ID, and password before your scheduled meeting date.  To schedule a PLCP Meeting contact your counselor.
